Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at quadsolutions.ai@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items & shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
